Transparent, Caring, and Knowledgeable
SERVICE TRANSPARENCY
Axys Digital Smart Homes specializes in smart home design, planning, device installation, configuration, automation programming, system integration, and homeowner education. We serve as your smart home technology partner, helping bring together compatible devices, platforms, and services into a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
To maintain complete company and service transparency, we want our clients to understand that we are not a licensed electrical contractor, a low-voltage contractor, an alarm company, a security monitoring provider, nor an emergency response service. Certain projects may require work that falls under the scope of licensed trades or specialty contractors. When necessary, we may recommend or coordinate with qualified licensed professionals to help facilitate the successful implementation of your smart home project.
Our role is to help design, configure, integrate, and optimize the technology within the home while ensuring clients clearly understand which services we provide and which services must be performed by licensed specialists. We believe this approach creates safer installations, better long-term performance, and a more successful experience for our clients.
By clearly defining our role and responsibilities, we strive to eliminate confusion, improve project communication, and provide homeowners with a trusted resource for navigating today’s increasingly connected homes.
We do not perform services requiring an electrical contractor license, low-voltage contractor license, alarm company license, or other trade-specific licensing unless specifically authorized by law.
Our services generally include:
• Smart home consultations and assessments
• Device recommendations
• Wireless device installation and configuration
• App setup and account configuration

When electrical, networking, low-voltage, or construction work is required, Axys Digital Smart Homes may recommend that the client hire appropriately licensed contractors. Any work performed by third-party contractors is the responsibility of those contractors.
Smart home devices, cameras, locks, sensors, and automations may experience outages, connectivity issues, software failures, battery failures, internet interruptions, cloud-service disruptions, or other limitations beyond our control. No smart home system should be relied upon as the sole means of protecting life, property, valuables, or personal safety.
Axys Digital Smart Homes does not provide security monitoring services and makes no guarantee that any device or automation will prevent theft, intrusion, property damage, injury, or other losses.
Clients are responsible for maintaining internet service, device subscriptions, batteries, passwords, user permissions, and manufacturer-required updates.
